IC + iReady Cross-Analysis: Students scoring L1–L2 on RI.1-2 (47%) closely mirrors the 62% reading below grade level on iReady diagnostics, confirming an informational text comprehension gap school-wide.

iReady Flag: 27% of students are 2+ grade levels below in reading — these students likely need Tier 3 intervention consideration and should be cross-referenced with IEP/504 data.

Recommendation: Prioritize targeted small groups using iReady lesson paths for phonics (RF.2-3) and informational text (RI.1-2) for the bottom quartile.

Hattie: Feedback (d=0.73)
Hattie
One of the highest-impact interventions. Timely, specific feedback on the task — not the person — dramatically increases student achievement. For teachers: model giving feedback in lesson debrief.
TLAC: Cold Call (Technique 22)
TLAC
Call on students regardless of hand-raising. Normalizes participation for all students and maintains academic accountability throughout independent and whole-group work. Maps to MO Standard 5.2.
Marzano: Cooperative Learning (Element 25)
Marzano
Structured group work with individual accountability increases engagement and content mastery. Map to MO Standards 4.3 and 5.2. Pair with an accountability artifact — exit slip, sticky note, turn-and-talk.

Ask AI Coach
Your personal thought partner. Bounce ideas, think through hard situations, get research-backed suggestions — any time, totally private.
Hi Aubrey! 👋 I'm your AI coaching partner — think of me as a thought partner who knows Missouri's educator evaluation framework, principal standards, and research from Hattie, Marzano, and Teach Like a Champion inside and out. What's on your mind? You can ask me anything — a tough situation with a teacher, ideas for your growth plan, how to handle a parent concern, what the research says about something you're seeing in classrooms... whatever would be helpful. Everything stays private — this conversation isn't stored anywhere.

Planner
My Planner
Monthly overview · Weekly schedule · Daily agenda — all in one place. Add events manually, upload calendar exports, or snap a photo of any schedule and AI populates it for you. Data persists permanently until you clear it.
📖 How to add to your planner:
1. Manually — Hit + Add Event above. Fill in title, date, time, type, and notes.
2. Upload a file — Hit ⬆ Upload / Import. Accepts Google Calendar exports (.ics), Outlook (.ics), Excel/CSV schedules, or PDF agendas. AI reads the file and populates your calendar automatically.
3. Photo or screenshot — Take a photo of any whiteboard, paper calendar, or screenshot of a digital schedule. Upload it and AI extracts all events and adds them for you.
4. Persists forever — Unlike Daily Notes, this planner data never auto-deletes. Clear individual events or use Export to save a backup.

Data Protection
Privacy & Zero Data Retention
Built for zero liability — not by policy, but by architecture. Here's exactly what that means.
🎓 FERPA
FERPA is triggered when student education records are stored or transmitted to a third party persistently. This tool never stores a student record. Uploading a gradebook PDF here is functionally identical to opening it in your browser — FERPA does not regulate that. No student name, ID, or score ever touches a server in a stored state.
👩‍🏫 MNEA / MSTA Union
Teacher unions have concerns about observation data in district-controlled systems that can be subpoenaed. None of that applies here. Observation notes, eval progress, and coaching records exist only in your session. There is no district-controlled database. There is nothing to subpoena. This tool is a smart notepad — not a surveillance system.
⚖️ HR Exposure
HR issues arise when informal notes about employees exist in accessible systems. Because nothing is stored between sessions, there is no repository of draft observations or coaching notes that anyone else could access — not your principal, not HR, not a district administrator. Your notes are yours until you choose to formally transmit them through official channels.
☁️ What the AI Sees
When you request AI-generated content, your text is sent to Claude via an encrypted Cloudflare Worker. Claude processes it and returns a response. The Worker does not log, store, or transmit content elsewhere. Use role-based labels ("3rd Grade ELA teacher") rather than real names in AI prompts.
💻 Personal Device
Use this tool on a personal device on personal wifi — not a district-owned device on the school network. District IT monitoring can see network traffic on school equipment. Since this is your personal tool at your personal URL, using it on a personal device is the natural use case.
🏫 Changing Schools
Because nothing from any school is ever stored, no data carries over when you move. When you update School Setup, you only change a display name and colors. No student records, eval history, or coaching notes transfer — because none of it was ever retained. Clean slate every time.
30-second explanation for administrators:
"This tool is a browser-based smart notepad. It helps me analyze data and draft documents, but it stores nothing. The moment I close the tab, everything is gone — no database, no server history, no retained records. It's the same as using a PDF reader — nothing persists unless I explicitly save and send it through official channels."
